Our approach to making sales is simple.
At IMI Worldwide Properties (IMI), we design, implement and manage fully integrated sales and marketing programs that attract some of the most sophisticated and discriminating real estate brokers in the world.
IMI encourages broker referral participation and we want to earn your business. We know how valuable your client relationships are and we appreciate your confidence and trust in IMI to share those clients with us. As a Referring Broker, we invite you to submit your clients for protection in the Salato Prospect Database.
A CLEAR COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Purchase of Salato property by any client properly registered by you as a Licensed Referring Broker and accepted into the Salato Prospective Purchaser Database will result in the following commissions paid:
5% COMMISSIONS
Five percent of the net commissionable purchase price as set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Broker’s Commission”).
Commissions shall be paid, and are subject to, closing of the property.
INFORMATION & COLLATERAL
In an effort to customize the client experience and their opportunity to purchase at Salato, the Director of Sales for Salato will follow-up with you directly to confirm your client registrations and discuss your desired level of participation moving forward. IMI is sensitive to the unique attributes of each relationship and will work closely with you during this process to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved.
REGISTER YOUR CLIENTS
Once submitted, your registered clients will be cross referenced with the Salato Prospect Database, and in turn will be confirmed in writing with you via the Referral Broker Client Confirmation List. In the case that there are any discrepancies or duplicates between your registered clients and the existing Database, we will notify you in writing and will handle all discrepancies on a case-by-case basis and in the best interest of the Client.
